You have been asked to stand Guarantor for a rental property. You will find below an application that needs completing in full
In consideration for the Landlord granting a tenancy of the property, the Guarantor agrees to pay the Landlord and the Landlord's agent for any reasonable losses suffered as a result of the Tenant failing to fulfil any of their obligations under the terms of the tenancy agreement or failing to pay RENT or other monies lawfully due. Please note that the Guarantors legal obligation under the tenancy agreement will be in force until vacant possession is given to the Landlord
Once you have completed and submit the application we will need copies of the following documents
- Proof of ID (passport and/or driving licence)
- Last two month's bank statements
- One utility bill showing your current address
