Should you choose one of our properties as your next home, the first step is to submit an application.
Once the tenancy application form has been submitted, along with the relevant documentation to comply with the Right to Rent Act, your application will be processed in a professional and timely manner
If your application is successful we will be in touch to arrange a move in date and ask you to sign the tenancy agreements in preparation for check-in. On this date you will be provided with the following additional documents:
- A ‘New Home’ pack containing your tenancy agreement
- Copy of your Gas Safety Inspection Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of your Electrical periodic safety certificate (if applicable)
- Prescribed information and the terms and conditions relating to your deposit
- How to Rent Handbook legislation for the UK
- Standing order mandate
- Appropriate contact information
- Fully photographed inventory
